Anyone who loves menudo knows that a really good bowl is hard to find, but Bronco’s does it right. I actually make it a point to stop by on the weekends just to take advantage of it. The flavor is rich, well balanced, and exactly what you want from a traditional recipe. Their green chilaquiles are another favorite. The salsa verde has the perfect balance of tangy and savory, and everything is cooked fresh. The green enchiladas are just as impressive—packed with flavor and generously portioned. Beyond the food, the service is consistently great. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome every time you visit. That combination of authentic food and excellent service is what keeps me coming back.
